Join AGC of Colorado for a brief overview of our Mountain Area, including member benefits, upcoming events, and ways to connect and get involved locally. Following the orientation, longtime AGC member BBG Law will present Legal Considerations for Condominium Construction, addressing the unique legal challenges contractors face in this high-risk sector. The presentation will cover Colorado’s construction defect laws, warranty obligations, and risk management strategies related to contracts, insurance, and project governance. This session is valuable for builders, developers, and trade partners looking to protect their business, avoid costly disputes, and deliver successful projects.
