ABOUT THE COURSE: 

AI for Estimating & Preconstruction is a hands-on, facilitator-led workshop designed for estimators and preconstruction professionals who want to use artificial intelligence to support, not replace, professional judgment.

Participants explore how AI can assist with document review, scope understanding, assumptions, validation, and internal coordination while maintaining estimator control and accountability. Through guided practice, attendees work through practical estimating scenarios and build reusable AI assistants and templates they can adapt for preconstruction work.

This workshop is a strong fit for estimators, preconstruction professionals, and project teams involved in early-stage planning and pricing. No technical or AI background is required.
