Through 18 live-online sessions led by experienced industry professionals, participants gain practical skills in project execution, scheduling, forecasting, procurement, leadership, communication, safety, AI/VDC workflows, and advanced Bluebeam applications.

Participants will develop the tools and confidence to lead teams, improve profitability, manage risk, strengthen client relationships, and drive successful project outcomes.
