Scott began his construction career in 2004 framing custom homes in Northern Colorado while attending college. He earned a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2008 and went on to work as a project/field engineer on ground-up and remodel projects across the Northern Front Range and Denver Metro area.

Scott’s career has since spanned roles including Superintendent, Project Manager, and Vice President of Operations, leading to his current role as a Preconstruction Project Manager with GH Phipps Construction. With experience across every phase of a project, he brings a full-process perspective and a passion for developing the next generation of builders.
