ABOUT THE COURSE:
This advanced session is intended for those who have completed level 1 of Leadership Through Difficult Conversations. Please first register for this session on 8/20.
This advanced session continues the lessons taught in Leadership Through Difficult Conversations (level 1). Chris Quigley and Brandon Montero will dive into philosophies such as “Radical Candor” and other useful approaches for addressing conflicts. Attendees learn techniques and participate in role-playing to support them in situations that require this type of leadership.
