ABOUT THE COURSE: 

Lean Construction is driven to minimize costs and maximize value on each project completed, challenging all stakeholders to develop and apply better ways to manage the overall construction process.

The Lean Construction Education Program is designed to education construction professionals at all experience levels to develop the tools needed to build lean.  This highly interactive virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare construction industry professionals at all levels to learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into lean operating systems.

Sessions:

After participants complete all seven units in the program, they become eligible to sit for an exam to earn the Certificate of Management - Lean Construction (CM-Lean).

Unit 4 - The Last Planner System

Unit 5 - Lean Supply Chain and Assembly

Unit 6 - Lean Design and Pre-Construction
