ABOUT THE COURSE:

Taught by Kirsten Anderson of Small Giants, this is a 3-part class, organized by skill level. Beginners must start with Session 1. Those with InDesign experience are welcome to attend all three sessions, which may include refreshers, but build a strong foundation. Session 2 will be held on 10/22 and Session 3 on 11/12.

This class is designed specifically for true beginners, Microsoft Word switchers, and marketers who inherit templates but are afraid to break them. Attendees must have a computer with InDesign available, as this class is workshop-style with activities throughout the session.

Attendees will learn:

• The Container Philosophy
• AEC Layout Geometry
• Placing and Cropping Assets
• The Baseline Toolkit

This session will also include a hands-on practice lab to implement the skills learned.
