Meeting of the AGC Future Leaders Forum.  These events are open to members of the Future Leaders Forum.

What is the Future Leaders Forum and how do you get involved?

The Future Leaders Forum brings together rising leaders under the age of 40 from AGC Colorado member companies to learn, connect, and grow. FLF is designed to strengthen the next generation of AEC professionals by offering opportunities that:

• Build strong, positive relationships across the AEC industry
• Develop leadership skills rooted in proven principles and best practices
• Promote integrity and high professional standards
• Introduce members to new technologies, materials, and innovative business methods
• Encourage stewardship and engagement within AGC Colorado
• Connect tomorrow’s leaders with today’s industry expertise
• Strengthen business acumen to elevate standards across the construction industry

Monthly Programs & Professional Development - FLF hosts monthly programs (typically the 3^rd Thursday of the month) focused on both hard and soft skills essential to career advancement. These sessions—exclusive to FLF participants—emphasize leadership, integrity, and sound business practices while highlighting emerging innovations shaping the industry.

Community Impact - Service is a core part of the FLF experience. Members participate in community service projects throughout the year, and the group has donated more than $540,000 over the past decade through the annual FLF Clay Shoot.

Networking & Connection - FLF members enjoy several dedicated networking events each year, including a March ski day, a fall Avalanche hockey outing, and a December holiday celebration. These gatherings help members build meaningful professional relationships—and often lasting friendships.

Who Should Apply - FLF is ideal for emerging professionals who:

• Are under the age of 40
• Have 3–5 years of industry experience
• Can attend at least 10 events per year

Applicants complete a brief application and submit a supervisor nomination form. Forms are accepted year‑round, and we recommend a two‑year commitment to get the full value of the program. Membership Details - Annual dues are $750 per member, which support FLF programming and events.
