Travis Riley - Travis is an experienced construction attorney who helps contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners navigate legal challenges throughout the life of a construction project. He has managed a wide range of disputes, including mechanic’s liens, construction defects, breach of contract, payment disputes, delay claims, contractor termination, design defects, change order disputes, and other business-related issues. Travis represents clients in courtrooms and arbitration proceedings across Texas and Colorado, working to resolve conflicts efficiently and protect project outcomes. In addition to his litigation practice, Travis advises construction professionals on contract drafting and negotiation, helping ensure that project documents support success and reduce risk. He is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, a recognition given to leading construction attorneys nationwide. Travis earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in International Economics with honors from Texas Tech University.
