Keller Hayes 

Dynamic Advocate for Women in Business | Transforming Industries & Empowering Future Leaders in Construction and Transportation

Hayes serves as Project Director for the HOYA Foundation, where she founded the Transportation & Construction GIRL initiative to increase young women’s awareness of careers in these industries. She developed mentoring, shadowing, and career exploration events. Over 6,750 girls have participated in Transportation & Construction GIRL programs.

Hayes also provided individualized coaching to help small businesses build capacity in the transportation and construction sectors. The companies she worked with achieved over $522 million in contracts. 

Honors include Keller Hayes Day, Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Colorado and Woman in Business Advocate of the Year.
